There were multiple injuries in a head-on crash, according to developing and unconfirmed reports.

The crash occurred before 3:30 p.m. on Monday, April 11 at Cedar and Cohawkin roads in Harrison Township, initial reports said.

At least four EMS crews were called and a medical helicopter, reports said.
